Hello Studio Parents!

Below you will find the schedule for our Fall Term Nutcracker photos. An order form with this information was also sent home with your student. Here are some tips to make picture day go smoothly for your family: 

• Please arrive at the appropriate time block for your student’s class. Students under the age of 13 should be supervised by an adult while at Picture Day.

• Students should be dressed and ready upon arrival.

• If your student is in multiple classes, they will need to have all costumes and accessories present and ready to wear. Space will be provided for costume changes. 

• Students will be guided back to the photo area as a group. We ask that parents stay in the waiting and preparation area so that we can keep kiddo's eyes on the camera for their photo.

• Please be patient. We want to capture the best photo of every child and stay on schedule, but sometimes these two things don’t always happen simultaneously. We appreciate and value your family, so we want to make sure we are getting the best photos possible of every student.

• Have order forms and payment ready when we call your student's class. We will have extra order forms at Picture Day, just in case. We will collect forms before students go in to the photo area. Payment options: Cash, check, Venmo (specifics for these options will be on the photo order form).
